From Singapore Ban San St. to Kotaraya they will charge you around S$60. If you don't mind sharing cab with others, then was around S$15/head.
In Johor Bahru, taxis back to Singapore are available at the Sentral Kotaraya bus terminal. So if you're from Senai Airport, just take the airport shuttle back to Kotaraya and from there, just hop on a COMFORT cab back to Singapore.
