By Cab
Singapore-Malaysia cross-border taxi can pick-up or drop off passengers from Ban San St. Taxi Kiosk (Singapore) and Kotaraya Taxi Stand, Pasar Bakti terminal in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
From Singapore Ban San St. to Kotaraya they will charge you around S$60. If you don't mind sharing cab with others, then was around S$15/head. 

In Johor Bahru, taxis back to Singapore are available at the Sentral Kotaraya bus terminal. So if you're from Senai Airport, just take the airport shuttle back to Kotaraya and from there, just hop on a COMFORT cab back to Singapore. Yes, comfortable, brand- new 3L Singaporean taxis are waiting there and they'll take you back to Singapore for about $30-40.
